DO NOT GO HERE I live on the same road as this garage, they picked the car up at 9am on the Monday said it would be done same day. Tuesday evening I called for an update, the car hadn’t been done and the clutch had now been broken. It was completely fine when it was collected Tuesday. They had my car for 2 days and no work had been done and then a broken clutch. Cowboy mechanics.

This was the worst customer service I have ever received. We booked a Major service that came with a service car. We drove our car and waited an hour to receive the hire car. We received the hire car and it broke down at the shops. We called the reception and he said just wait I will call you back. We waited an hour and call back, we were met with the same response. 3 hours past by and we called 5 times within this space. Finally he said he would send someone out for the hire car. We got driven back to the garage. He then proceeded to blame us for the hire car brake down. The man did not explain thoroughly what had been fixed on the car. We had to go and speak directly with the mechanic as reception man was too busy. He then proceed to try and charge us for a major service when only a small service has been completed due to lack of time. From arriving at the garage and leaving it took 2 hours to go through what had been accomplished on the van and payment due to lack of customer service from reception man. We the. The mechanics were great and the car runs smoothly. Happy with the service but extremely unsatisfied with the lack of customer service. Even the other mechanics were fed up with the old man at the counter. take your car anywhere els but here!!

Great service, had my water pump and belt replaced here and was all done in a few hours. Mechanic advised on a few other bits that needed doing but wasn't pushy at all and was very helpful. Will be using again for future work

So gratefull for this garage. Ring up This morning in panic for an MOT. They squeezed me in. When it came back needing work they said they would order the parts and fix it today because they knew It was urgent for my work. All reasonably priced. And really busy which is a credit too the company. Thank goodness for garages like this open on a Saturday

Great service, friendly staff with time for customers and from what I can tell a good job. Car was originally booked for MOT and service needed a little work so courtesy car was provided and work completed next working day for a great price …. I will be back again without a doubt!
